Developing awareness as we move through the day is a key to increasing our health, energy, improving our relationships and deepening our own personal practice.
In a beautiful supportive environment, we will gently examine some of our mind and body patterning as a basis of bringing positive and lasting change into our daily lives.
During the day we will teach methods of mindfulness based on our experiences drawn from the Taoist arts of T'ai Chi, QiGong, western Structural Integration thought and simple Buddhist meditations.
The course is of particular interest to those who wish to deepen their own practise into daily life.
