Autumn into Winter

Autumn is a time for slowing, for gathering and storing our energy in preparation for Winter. However our daily life, with family, jobs, commitments and deadlines can continue at a relentless pace. So how can we continue to manage our daily lives, but also listen to our body and respect its need to gather and store?

Developing awareness as we move through the day is key and in the beautiful supportive environment of Lam Rim Wales, we will gently examine some of our patterns as a basis of understanding what aspect of

our lives we can change to increase and gather our available energy.

We will explore powerful techniques from T'ai Chi, QiGong, working both at the level of the physical body and our energy systems to facilitate the changes we need to be in harmony with the season.

This day is open to everyone, and it would be of interest to those who wish to deepen their own practise into daily life.
